Served my apprenticeship on one just like this. The hopper uses your body weight as a counter balance when loading the bowel.
I have had the engine running but re-starting it is for the new owner to do. It has a single cylinder thumper petrol engine.
The unit has some miles on it but you can’t kill these units.
